This place is terrible, stay away if you have a wide car. You will damage your wheels. They cannot accomodate wide cars. It was constructed too small for vehicles to enter and exit safely. They're is no signage to identify what is too wide and you will damage your wheels. The attendant is unhelpful and has a TOLD You So attitude. This is how much room there is for a model S. Even after reparking and getting within the parameters, car would not park.

This was my first time using a parking facility like this. It was pretty cool. Parking was pretty easy and I like that the screen shows you all the prompts you need to make sure there are no errors when leaving the car. The problems came when I went to pick up my car 10 hours later. I got there around 7:45pm to pick up my car but I couldn't because it system was broken down. I understand things break, but they didn't have a technician out there until 9:40pm. Getting in contact with support was relatively easy but If I'm paying $48 to park my car I feel like I shouldn't have to wait almost 3 hours to get my car back. This is my only issue with this facility. I feel like they should have a technician on site for as long as the facility is active to prevent situations like this.

If you're like me and spent way too much time looking up valet parking garages and being very concerned about their poor reviews then this place is a Godsend (especially if you're hanging out in the southern part of Manhattan). First off. Yes the prices are going to be a bit more expensive BUT the peace of mind knowing that no one will be touching your car except you to me is well worth the price of admission! We parked here for just over 40 hours with an SUV and the total cost (including tax) was $110 which to us was reasonable! The process is very straightforward. As you pull up to the garage doors it will automatically open up allow you to pull into the area which will move your car. There's a helpful screen in front of you telling you if you need to make adjustments to properly align

Always broken, Technicians will not come out to fix after 9PM. You have to wait until the next day. One bay not working, they don't even fix second bay, they want to save money. Hardly any customers anymore since everyone has abandoned them.

Wish I read the warnings before. Car was stuck and had to wait for a technician to travel from another site to come and fix. First and will be the last time I ever park here. Idea sounds good on paper, absolutely nightmare experience for customer.
