Lou and his team have helped me out a lot on various different incidents. I had a tree fall in my backyard with damage and he was there to assist no problem! I also had water damage, and his knowledge and experience helped me feel calm. Thank you for taking these matters in your hands and working with the insurance company!

LM rebuilt our house after a fire. Overall, we were pleased with things until the handoff of keys. We moved back in at the end of November of 2024, and Lou stated he would be back to finish some things. It is 3 months later and we are still waiting for some issues to be resolved. We have voids in the grout of our master bath floor that were mentioned to him right after we moved in. We are waiting on the replacement kitchen cabinet door that was messed up during handle install in December. It has been waiting to be picked up at the cabinet shop for weeks. We have siding falling off of our house. I've reached out to LM many times over the last few months to ask when they will be coming to fix these things and a few others. I haven't seen or heard from anyone with LM since December.

Highly recommend, five star all the way, will use again, response time from 6am phone call to arrival exceeded my expectations ( for a flooded first floor room). All work was completed professionally and timely just as explained, great value. Lou, MaryAnn and Ryan thank you for everything !! ( love the family business)
