LM Michigan Parking - Garage

I should have read the negative reviews before parking here. I prepaid with a Spot Hero reservation but they sold my spot. Luckily SpotHero has great customer service and was able to find me parking at an adjacent garage and honored the same price.

Dont arrive early for a park whiz reservation. They charged me an extra 26$ for arriving 8 minutes early. I pre paid for 7 hours arriving at 10:52 for an 11am reservation and was told by the attendant the negative time would be subtracted from my end time. When I returned to the garage very early it was explained to me that despite my receipt saying 4:52pm as my return time that at only 4:10 I owed an overage fee. The manager told me I wouldn’t be able to retrieve my car without being extorted for an addition 26$. These people are criminals beware leaving your car in their care.

These people are absolute scammers. Do not park here. I prepaid a 4 hour reservation from 8pm to 12 midnight. I pulled in at 8:13pm. I walked into the lot at 12:02 and waited on line behind a few people to hand in my ticket. I paid $22 for my advance reservation. They are trying to charge me an extra $21 for being late and not letting me leave. The info on my ticket is incorrect saying I got back at 12:30 when it isn't even 12:30 yet. I took a screenshot over 20 min ago when they started fighting with me. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs.

I never experienced service so horrible as parking garage, I already had a reservation booked and ready, and when me and my mother showed up , there was a man yelling at my mom, he was extremely rude and kept saying “ I don’t care if you have a reservation go somewhere else” we were almost late to my show. It’s clear he was a miserable person, but please don’t take this misery out on other people and project that type of energy. There’s absolutely no need to yell or be as rude as he was this place is a scam stay as far away as you can
