They had one job. One job. Their job was to properly park and secure my car. I came back to grab something out of my car in the middle of the day. The attendant walked me to my car, only for me to discover the valet rolled my driver door window all the way down, left my keys in my front cupholder, parked crooked, and never engaged the parking brake (on a car with a manual transmission, mind you). I am absolutely SHOOK! 🤬

Will not park there again, I was promised repeatedly by the valet that my Tesla would be plugged in and charged. The gentleman didn't seem to understand English or wasn't capable of comprehending and honestly answering a question. I'm grateful I got my car back without any damage but wasn't pleased that I was lied to. Another gentleman from same garage said that he doesn't know why the valet attendant did not plug in my Tesla. There was another garage just down the road that supported electric charging, I would have gone there if he had just told he was not going to charge the car

poor customer service, willing to waste your time, barely speak english, don't know how to handle all cars safely, miscommunicates rates, unwilling to honor price given at drop off. i was told a price for 48 hours, which wasn't listed on the sign, and on pickup after 35 hours, they tried to charge 50% more than i was quoted. instead of honoring the price, the manager and supervisor argued with me and each other for over an hour, over 4 phone calls with the supervisor, unwilling to return my car to me, ready to keep it indefinitely, telling me the attendant at drop off cant tell me a rate, until eventually they were unhappy to honor the rate. i wouldve parked for a shorter time had i been communicated the higher rate originally. they claimed to know to cycle glow plugs on a diesel car bef

I've parked there for two years, always great service. Much nicer staff than other NYC valet parking garages, always quick and friendly. No scratches (so far). They even jump started my car when I left the interior light on.

i told them i was picking up my car at 4am and when I got back the garage was closed and they wouldn’t answer my calls, hoping I didn’t just get my car stolen.
