These guys do as little as possible!!! Nothing like leaving tons of leaves they’ve blown into piles in our streets and on our lawns with no intention of picking them up. They leave the grass long in the spring and cut it super short for the heat in the summer making it impossible to keep it alive allowing the water you put down to burn off immediately in the heat. Do NOT hire these guys unless you like throwing your money away and having to do the work yourself!

Colorado Scapes services the stone gate community in LoneTree. I work from home and started early this morning, so I was half dressed, around 9:50 am I came to the living room and saw two of their workers on the balcony. They tore off the drape of the balcony and were peeling off the paint. Normally there would be a work order notice emailed or taped to the door 24 hours in advance, so you can move things around and not have your stuff destroyed. There was a communication barrier, and I couldn’t tell initially who they were with, asked them if they had a work order. Asked them for someone who I can speak English with because Google translate on my phone, they werent giving me any information. Got someone that spoke English and they said their boss would back by in 10 minutes. They never c

The company was around my home pouring rocks at 630am. I went out around 8am to go to work and noticed my bike rack on my truck was damaged by their equipment/truck ramp. There is no parking behind me by the way so no way someone would hit me with a car. When approached by my husband who speaks Spanish they acted suspicious. My husband got ahold of the company after many attempts and since then no call back from management. It's been two weeks.

We hired Coloradoscapes, Inc. to landscape our new home. They did not finish the contract and refuse to return to complete the job. Their work is amateur and they use the cheapest materials available. We have to hire someone else to correct their mistakes (sprinklers don't work properly, drainage is improper) and to finish the rock they never put down. They don't return calls once they are paid.

Do not go into a contract with LMI Colorado (old Coloradoscapes). They do not communicate and our landscaping is in the worst shape it has been in 8 years. I will admit some of it is due to us not immediately approving a $4000 repair that another company did for 1/2 the price but there’s many other reasons and balls dropped that things look the way they do.
