I’ll start off by saying that the one positive I carry away from my experience with this company is their attention to returning calls and communicating their schedule. Other than that, I was extremely unhappy with the work that was done. I hired them to get rid of several piles of trash in my yard. One of which was the removal of items from a pond about 12 feet in diameter and about three feet deep. On the scheduled day, I had to be away, but we agreed that they would do the work and I would pay them electronically. They said they completed the work and sent me pictures of what they said was the completed work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY FORGOT PART OF MY SON’S BUNK BED AND NEVER BROUGHT IT BACK SO I AM UNABLE TO REBUILD HIS BED, HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE NOW AS WELL AS THEY BROKE THE ARM TO MY EXPENSIVE RECLINER AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EITHER. I PAID $450 FOR THE MOVE AND ENDED UP WITH MISSING & BROKEN FURNITURE.

We needed movers on very short notice. Load Lifters were very fast and efficient. Highly recommend these guys.
