LoadUp Junk Removal

Scheduled pickup for 8am to noon, so that the old bed would be out of the way when the new bed was delivered in the early afternoon. Driver called at 9am to say he wouldn't be able to make it until after 2pm. Driver was friendly, and service was fast once on sight. However, I had to help him remove the bix springs because he didn't want to wait for his helper who was trailing behind in a separate vehicle. Was expecting a company vehicle with identifiable logo based on website photos, but Driver used his own pickup. For what the service cost, I was expecting a more professional experience. Will think twice before recommending to others, but may be willing to give LoadUp another chance if other options are not available.

They are quick, professional and friendly with their removal service. We'll be using them again in the near future. Thanks again. 😊

Honestly my heart felt thanks goes out to Felix the most amazing gentleman you’ll ever meet. Yesterday in Long Beach it was cold, rainy and miserable and I had 2 huge beds to pick up. Felix was running a bit behind BUT as we Californians know, we don’t know how to drive in the rain and traffic comes to a complete halt, but you made it here you were in and out of my home after loading up two huge beds in less than 15 minutes at the most and your care for my home and my floors after being soaking wet, just amazing and I cannot thank you enough Felix. Great job!! I just cannot thank you enough for everything…thank you thank you thank you. So if you’re looking for stuff to be picked up from your home, go through this company and if you can request, Felix, he’s just an incredible gentleman. Tha

Completely irresponsible company. I have had to reschedule my furniture build 5 different times. They over promise and never deliver. As if now i am still waiting in my service window. Its never fullfilled from their fullfillment team. They would rather just offer a refund. What a joke of a company. Do not use them.

Excellent company and service! I highly recommend this company...they booked the cleanout of my garage, for the day after I initially called. I had a "hoarder's garage"...boxes, large furniture, broken down lawn mower, trash, etc. that hadn't been cleaned out for years. The gentlemen who showed up were prompt, courtesy and very fast. They removed EVERYTHING and hauled it off. The price was lower than 2 other companies I had called...I will use them in the future.
