My dryer was making a weird noise so I called to have it checked out. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and suggested what to do. He took care of the necessary cleaning and recommended if the noise returned to replace another part. I was very satisfied with my service.

Everything went well w my service. Appt made and was actually called to say he'd be here earlier which was good. Repair done in timely manner. I received text asking if everything was working the next day. I'd use them again if needed.

I’m a renter and at the mercy of who my landlord chooses to hire for needed work in the home. So naturally I’m THRILLED when the person or people sent are exceptional! I’ve had the pleasure to work with Local Appliance Master on a couple occasions over the last 2 years and cannot recommend them enough! They’re communicative, kind, prompt, and always quickly address my issue & then obtain and parts or authorization needed to fix it. 10/10

Our tech was very polite and explained what was happening with our stove and what the repair was. Nice customer service! 😃 service costs are good and scheduling availability was quick. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I was thrilled with the work of my technician. He was punctual, friendly, communicated everything, and the price was very reasonable for the work. From start to finish they were very professional and efficient. Very thankful for the quick fix of our microwave!
