Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable... all the best. 'Nick' was incredible. One of our garage door springs popped, which then caused the motor to fail (sadly, with my help). The door couldn't be opened manually either. Nick arrived just a couple of hours after I called, he quickly diagnosed our problems, and with our approval, got to work. He amazed us by having EVERYTHING he needed on his truck. Then he installed the new equipment without ever having to refer to the installation instructions - he knows what he's doing! Everything worked, first time! Zero problems. Besides his expertise, he was totally pleasant! Warm & engaging. After watching what he did, I'm very very glad we found a professional. Lol, a little drama - we drove our brand new car in the garage the night before, then the n
