Great customer service, no robots or answering service. Prompt and quick delivery with good prices as well. Had a minor hiccup with setting up my account and some payment issues, however the friendly staff answered immediately and fixed this over the phone in under two minutes. Definitely recommend this local business for anyone new to the area or anyone looking to change heating oil companies.

I am not happy with their service because the delivery driver actually called the police on me when I was at my own house. After he left, the cop showed up and started questioning me about drinking and driving, even though I had no intention of going anywhere apparently the Employee from the company felt he needed to stop me from something I wasn’t going to do. And I don’t know how the delivery driver figured. I was going to choke on my own vomit when I am literally responding to you within an hour and a half of him being here obviously I’m not as drunk as he thought I was. He also actually told the police to make sure that I paid even though the company already had my credit card and had already charged me. I would have already deleted this review if the company had simply been willing to

Local pride is responsive and has amazing customer service. They come down our dirt road that other companies refuse to come down. They also went out of their way to leave us a note on our door telling us our dryer vent was clogged when we first bought our house. Just shows how great of people they have workin for them.
