I found the company on a google search and just took a chance. The communication with the office was brief and polite. I got same day service, all parts and equipment was on the truck and ready to go. I do not know if their prices are competitive as I was too impatient to shop around. However I would have to say all 5 stars goes to Adam the technician that actually worked on my garage door. He was on time, knowledgeable on his trade, he worked fast and efficiently to get the job done to perfection. I needed both springs and both cables replaced as well as the entire system reprogrammed. Adam was very competent and professional. He installed the door perfectly and helped synced the opener with the car. He was very hard working and the garage was cleaned up after.
