Chad identified ways to save money and left me with the most confidence in his ability to complete the project successfully. I live out of town and needed to coordinate with building management and other contractors, which can be challenging. This company used to be reliable but sadly, they are no longer. If you are someone that values your money and actually expects quality work- do not use them. They ruined my brand new home leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. We had paint all over our brand new doors, drips all over, paint on expensive fixtures. Everything was someone else's fault, meanwhile, it was only his fault as he is the owner and this was his work.
