They ran over our trailer gate and bent it while loading - even after my husband asked them to be careful not to run up on it because it was too heavy! Called owner and left voicemail, with no return phone call. Sent pictures and text message. Owner causally responded "sorry bout that". Not exactly the response we were expecting or wanting. Very unprofessional. Also, had scheduled to pick up at 8am, but no one in sight. Ono one came out to help until almost 8:30... with multiple people waiting at this point to pick! Made another trip that afternoon for another load and had same problem; we could hear loud music from outside the building so my husband went in looking for help. Yelled for help multiple times, knocked on door...to no prevail. Called owner, who did not answer, so sent text. Fi
