I called Lock Doc a couple months after I acquired a business to get three of the doorknobs replaced and rekeyed to my shop. Jordan came out when he said he would, he provided me different options and wasn’t high pressure about anything. He was efficient with the work. Very pleased & would recommend.

My go to Place to get New key's made, I was having electrical issues with a Chevy Blazer. They put their scan tool on, Found there was a short in the control box. No charge! Very nice folks! I will be returning to the office.

Our office had a 911 issue where a door was locked, we could not find the key and we needed access to it by 9:00 A.M to render services to a client. I called and the lady that answered the phone was very polite and was quick to get my issue addressed and sent someone out within minutes. Jason saved they day! He not only got our door opened but he made us new keys to prevent this from happening again! Also it was all done in plenty of time to get room ready for client.
