Posting with five stars just because I know a one-star won't get any views. This locksmith company is so shady. Do not use them. At least not if you have a car with expensive parts. They were suppose to come make me a new key. These guys stole my ECM and the OBD2 plug and it's been over a month since they came to make me a key and took off with my parts off my car without permission. Left my dash torn apart. They give me nothing but the run around when I try to get an explanation as to where my parts are. They say I need to pay money. Pay money for what? These guys never did anything!! They stole parts from my car and that's it. I'm baffled at how they can sleep at night and wake up every morning feeling ok with themselves. I'm a single mom who had to get help from a church! Called 10 times to the office and technician with no call back. Told them I had a locked car with employees waiting to get personal items out of the company car. No call back. Except for one call from a technician saying they would be on site in 15 minutes. 2 hours later no call back and no technician. Called the office 3 times asking for just an ETA. No response. Told them I was willing to pay whatever it was to get employee home with their personal items. Did not make any difference. All I wanted was a yes we can do it or a no we can't. Now I will go and do it myself. Service and communication is sadly missing today.
