Jeff was amazing. Went in thinking I only needed 1 thing ended up getting educated on why not to use bigger charging blocks on my iPhone. Very fast service and he weighed out all options but the best option for me was to do the repair and listen to his experience. I will be back and recommend this company to anyone close to the area that wants a real expert opinion.

Jeff is an absolute lifesaver. I got locked out of my house around 8 PM and was honestly starting to panic. I called Jeff, and he showed up quickly and got me back inside within minutes. He was calm, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he unlock the door fast, but he also went the extra mile. He lubricated my lock to make sure it was working smoothly and even helped rekey all of my doors so they now use just one key. That alone made everything so much more convenient. Called before and spoke with Jeff to see if they could make copies of my 73 mustang keys. Jeff was very helpful and asked great questions to make sure they were able to provide the right service. I walked up spoke with Jeff and was done in less than 10 min to copy 3 car keys. He had me inspect each key to after it was cut to make sure they were up to par and they were. 10/10 would recommend. I called early to see if I could get my son's phone repaired 1.5 hours before opening. I mentioned I was on a tight schedule and need immediate service. I went to Home Depot and they weren’t able to make a copy of my key, but this shop got it done quickly and perfectly! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew what they were doing. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Highly recommend this place if you need a key made right the first time!
