Full Review: We’d been on Spot On’s maintenance and warranty program for the last two years, keeping our 30‑year‑old system running. When it was time to replace it, they moved quickly, completing the assessment and estimate within a couple of days and presenting three clear, customizable options. Shawn walked me through the entire plan, including where equipment would go and how the work would be staged. This place is awesome. I had Shawn come out and he was an endless well of knowledge! I had a million questions, as I am clueless to these things. My AC stopped working, Joyce was able to schedule me right in and Shawn got me up and running again. He was incredibly thorough, was so patient explaining every step in a way I was able to actually understand and offered me options. I really loved having different options vs being told there is only one way about it. That demonstrates flexibility and extensive knowledge. It also allowed for me to make an educated decision on how I wanted to proceed. I was so pleased with my service I am already planning my next job with them. This time in plumbing! 😆 Thank you!!!

This review is strictly for their estimate appointment for a new heat pump HVAC system. The appointment was very pleasant. I was greeted by the comfort consultant, Shawn. He was super friendly and easy to talk with, very informative and able to answer my questions. We haven't made a decision yet, but my experience with him has made me consider their service.
