First call: Offshore CSR fails to correctly write down the street name 5 times in a row and gets aggressive with me when my pronunciation is "e" is somehow not "u" the way they want it to be, to the point it felt like they were trying to mishear me. I tell them there's clearly a communication issue and I'll try someone else, the next nearest service and get a 30 minutes out less time and 0 quote. I then receive multiple calls from Miami and Minneapolis pushing the time back over and over again with conflicting stories coming from the office and driver that is actually coming late.. I'm pretty sure I was outright lied to by a csr at this point. It's here when I realized that despite having separate names and locations clicking "call" was routing me to the same number. Best experience EVER! I placed one call, the person told me a technician would call me back shortly. Maybe 5 minutes later I received a call from Mark who gave a time that same day when he could be at my house. Mark arrived on time, very nice young man, and changed out 5 locks and deadbolts in 40 minutes or so. Prompt, profession service. I highly recommend this company for locksmith services!

Pro: The service was great and the technician came to me super fast. Con: This was an unexpected expense. And while the cost was not extremely high, paying $130 for something that took him literally 30 seconds to complete...was hurtful to the pocket! Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you for getting to me so quickly.
