I said on my way to pick it up. when I arrived my part was laying on the counter.. super nice & helpful. you won't find that in the BIG box stores. All aces. In 15 years, I've replaced three toilets, two sink fixtures, two complete toilet tank components, a sink sprayer, and whatever else was on the honey-do list. My house was built in 1930 and I needed to replace a Curtin Rotary CVA #120 top fed ballcock back supply valve. I easily found it on the Locke Website and ordered it. Got confirming order and shipping emails. Very pleased with the communication and the product.

Ordered part based on schematic that was in our booklet for faucet. We ordered 7/20, and on 7/25 sent email wondering where our parts were, the receive email they were shipped. They were sent priority but we did not get until 8/1. Unfortunately, they did not fit our faucet. Slow shipping.
