Locke Supply Co - #12 - Plumbing Supply

Purchased 2 q2020nc breakers off the counter. $71.37 was the pricing. Voiced my opposition to the expense and let the counter know that was too much money for those breakers. I pulled up similar products online and found them $26-52 dollars. The old man in his overalls laughed and said “we can’t even buy those that cheap.” I left frustrated and went right to Home Depot. Purchased breakers at $42 each. So Locke had them marked up 70% over Home Depot prices. Small contractors shop here and small contractors should be able to trust Locke supply is taking care of them. I went back into the store and was giving quite a bit of attitude about it. They said “there was a problem in the system and those should have been around $40” had I not checked online. Bad customer service. Horrible experience. I will never be back

Just bought some plumbing stuff from them. The old gentleman “helping” me seemed like I was an inconvenience to his day. Not a friendly place.

The guys behind the counter are great, but that manager Steve is about as rude as can be. He told me to go to home depot. To bad there isn't another option for Lawton. Seriously need to put one of those other friendly most helpfull guys like James or Mike in the management position!!

What a rip off. Same product was at ace hardware for literally, half the price
