HVAC side: Employees are not trained properly. They have went through multiple store managers over the years. They generally only have a fraction of what you need. I have resort every single time to calling store 151 to quote parts as the McAlester branch is incapable of quoting parts without a part number. You have to call a different store, have that store do McAlester’s job pricing out with availability and part number only to call McAlester store back to give them the part number just to ensure you get what you need shipped to McAlester. The employees are nice but lack of training is EVIDENT.

Employees are rude and will suggest you buy cheaper thinner PVC to encourage you to come back and buy more when that cheap junk breaks. Shame on the employees and their narcissistic attitudes. Y'all aren't better than anyone else.

I had a couple of recent visits to Locke plumbing supply, the employees were extremely rude both times! No greeting, No may I help you, No may I be of assistance, No thank you after the sale. They just stand there and look at you like a tree full of owls. Also the stock bins are all mixed up and items are not where the labels specify. There are other established Plumbing suppliers in McAlester. There are also Large retail centers that offer veterans discounts. I can even order items cheaper online and have them delivered to my door and the driver will say Thank You and have a good day. I will probably choose not to spend my money there again unless they make some positive changes.

Walked into the store to buy bathroom fixtures, toilet, shower stall and vanity and walked around the store for about 15 minutes, never greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I can understand if your busy but to not even acknowledge a customer standing in front of you is just plain rude. I would pay double anywhere else then to give this place one dime of my money.

Had to get an adapter for my new Pur filter. Store is huge. Electrical on one end, plumbing on the other. Customer service was amazing. Good prices for the DIY crowd and for the wholesaler.
