Amazing customer service Cassy and herb help me find the part I needed and shared some knowledge.

I just left here. I was on the plumbing side.Most of the employees ignored me. And the one who I did get to help me was thoroughly unhelpful. I’m actually very surprised at the poor customer service. I’ve been kind of excited about checking his place out and it was a very bad first experience.

My favorite place to find tools and things I can use. The guys running the place, I think, own it.? I don't know, but I've shopped there for over 15 years. They're always there. My advice would be, go by and check 'em out for yourself. I'll be outside (taking a video)..(just kidding, ya wont be filmed), but you'll have a smile on your face and sack or two when you come out. !!! Fun place to shop !

I was turned off at the thought that you can't just shop, you have to have an account and be approved......BUT it is so worth it. The salesperson was so so so very helpful and you can't beat their prices.

They sucked, the rudest most unhelpful employee ever, condescending, arrogant and uninformed, found what I was looking for with a simple search at Lowe's, go to Lowe's instead of dealing with this guy
