Got locked out of my house because my back door lock completely failed. They came out within 45 minutes, drilled out the lock and explained how to replace it and had a great conversation. They succeeded where others failed. Thank you so much!

Got a key cut there a few weeks ago. Gentleman behind the counter acted like I was bothering him and was generally rude despite no other customers in the store and I certainly wasn't a jerk whatsoever. He quoted me $75 to get the key cut but somehow it ended up being $89. I didn't realize it until I got in the car and looked at the receipt. At that point I wasn't going to go back in and confront him on it. I just wanted to leave and never return.

Called on 1/16/25 and spoke to "Zach" told him I needed 3 door knobs replaced and another one re-keyed for my business. He gave me his cell and had me send him pictures. It's been almost week and I haven't heard back. After reading the reviews and all of the responses with a total lack of professionalism and insulting people who have issues with his business. I'll go somewhere else, it's not that serious... BUYER BEWARE
