I came here yesterday evening. I'm disabled I was outside waiting for the parking spot out front when a Honda cut me off and stole the spot. Just as I was about to give up and try another day when the young man came out to help. Come to find out the Honda is a Uber trying to go to the cookie place to pick up a order..he made him move and I was able to park. As a older disabled women I can't tell you how much this ment to me.and I tried to give him a couple bucks as a thank you and he handed it right back to me thank you guys and thank you so much

Brought in a new key for my BMW Z4 to be cut. Cameron was extremely professional, inviting and a joy to speak with. Did a great job with cutting the key and walking me through the process of how its done. Will be recommending Locks & Keys in Woburn to everyone!

When we bought our new home we of course wanted all new locks. We contacted locks and keys in Woburn and the following day there was a locksmith at our house to change all of the locks. The job was done professionally and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Locks and Keys

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure if it was the owner or someone who works there but he was on the phone never acknowledged that I was there. I took out the keys I needed to be copied still ignored. Probably 5-8 minutes go by and I ask while he’s still on the phone if he has time to make keys for me he shakes his head yes and continues talking on the phone. He finally got off made the keys. He was so rude. I’ve never had worse service in my life. I always say thank you but not today. He did not say goodbye or thank you. AWFUL!!!!!!

I was stranded in a nearby parking lot with no car key and a cold 8-year old daughter. But I had a broken key at home. Cam told me to bring it down and was able to expertly put it together for me at a very reasonable price. They even had free kids books. My daughter took two! I can't thank Cam enough. Saved my wallet and sanity!
