Loewen Window Center of PA

I seldom respond to the myriad of requests I receive for Google reviews (anything fr breakfast cereal to heart surgery these days) but I feel that Loewen windows (in West Chester, PA) deserves recognition. We've been installing custom Loewen replacement windows in our 125yr old town house for about 10 yrs now as we (slowly) do a room to room rehab. Although they are on the pricey end of the spectrum, one does, in this case "get what they're paying for". A top notch product, precisely built to spec and always delivered on schedule. Also, a special shout out to sales rep Larry Larkin for his service and personal attention above & beyond the call of duty.

Working with Larry and the Loewen Window Center has been a great experience. They are professional, knowledgable and respond in timely manner.

We replaced over 40 windows/doors in our home. Windows were supposed to open and tilt to clean. It was a terrible mechanism which the company later discontinued. 12 years later, NONE of the windows open and tilt to get them cleaned. Additionally, two of the windows are not functional. This company has not been responsive at all. I can't recommend.
