Trashed lawn, let pets out, open gates, were belligerent and profane when confronted. Refused to provide any contact information. Absoutely the worst public interface ever. They spent half the day standing around. Worthless.

Whole front yard is jacked up. They never came and told anyone they were going to dig in the yard. My grass is gone, the ditch that keeps the water out from under my house is not a ditch there anymore and there are big rocks all in the dirt. At this point it would cost me good money to have my yard fixed the way it was.

I give Loftis Underground two stars for the following reasons: 1. My family has known and done business with Carlon for decades, he's a first-class guy and does excellent work on a dozer. We were sad to learn that he's not able to actually operate a dozer anymore, but he does still serve as an adviser for the company. I say this to say I've seen their potential, and I know they're capable of quality work. 2. Each time I called, someone was available to answer the phone and was always polite. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than two stars for the following reason: Due to the good history between Carlon and my family, I had planned to use them to clear 1 acre of trees and dig a basement for a home I'm building. When I called the office I was given the cell phone number of one of their

Pretty cool place. Everybody there was extremely nice. The owner was so cool he basically told us to come on in, make ourselves at home. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Though I was not afforded the opportunity to meet the owner, I feel as the employees were very professional and courteous.
