They came in and got straight to work, were super friendly, and made sure to clean up after themselves every day. Their professionalism and quality of work really stood out. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again for another project!

Logan Construction provided the best contracting work I have ever had on any of my homes. George Logan started by taking the time to do an extensive examination, after which he provided a free and very detailed estimate of the work to be done, and how long it would take. Throughout the whole project that followed, George and his workers maintained high standards in all work performed, stuck to the original estimate exactly, and remained cheerful and friendly throughout. The work that was done included: new torch-down rubber roof, complete repointing of brickwork on front of house, painting of trim, new front doorway, and complete rebuilding of old front steps. I had an excellent experience with Logan Construction. I hired them to replace the windows and repair the exterior brickwork surrounding the windows on our 80-plus-year-old home. The team replaced the fascia on my roof, installed a new gutter system, patched up the center of my roof, put capping on a window and sealed some leaking bricks. George was very responsive and the team was fast and efficient. They were also much more affordable than another estimate. When I noticed the new gutter system they installed was leaking, they came out the next day to fix it. I’m very satisfied with their work and communication, and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
