Today May 13, 2021 we had Loggins Roofing come in and start putting on New Weatherwood Shingles. They started at 7am this morning even though it was a little cool. We have 9 guys on the roof working like there is no tomorrow. They have removed the old shingles and replaced a few bad boards all before 10 o'clock. Now they have started with new shingles, new rubber boots around vent pipes, new flashing around the skylight and chimney. They are cleaning, repairing and replacing without slacking up on the job. This day and time it's been almost unheard of or seen that you can find a group that starts a job and continuously works without stopping. What a great experience! Over the years I’ve had some true horror stories from dealing with roofing companies. Loggins Roofing is professional and thorough and take pride in the job they do. We just moved to Greenwood 2 months ago and had a leak. Bobby came out, assessed the situation and gave a quote. We thought we would need a new roof, but the problem was the old skylights. Loggins replaced the skylights, repaired some serious damage, and replaced the sections of roof around the skylights. They did an incredible job! Did not exceed the quote (even after fixing the underlying damage), and left the area clean and neat. The work is excellent and the new skylights look great. They even did a follow up visit to make sure everything was good.

I highly recommend this roofing company. Our elderly roof started to leak and we decided that it was finally time to replace it. This company has been a delight to deal with, from the first visit to the last day of work on the roof. Mr Loggins visited to talk about the job promptly, provided us with a reasonable and accurate estimate. The ladies in the office were friendly and could answer questions in a timely fashion. Thank God for Loggins Roofing! We have used Loggins Roofing several times over the past few years. Seven years ago we had damage to our homes roof with a horrible leak. Being new to the area, we had no clue which company to use. We called several roofers during a 2 month span. After adjusting my work schedule multiple times, and being stood up by other roofers including the one that lives a few streets over in Cross Hill, someone FINALLY recommended Loggins. Recently Safeco insurance decided to cancel my homeowners policy because a drone picture of my roof showed that there was detritus on my roof. I called loggings roofers to come and inspect the supposed problem. They came asap, went up took pictures and found no fault in the roof they had installed a decade ago. Not only did they check the roof…take pictures for me ,but also offer to call my insurance company to assure them that the roof was sound. They refused to charge me for this service which was also a kindness. The upshot of this was I realized my insurance company is not for me while I’d gladly recommend Loggins roofing to anyone in need of a company with a conscience which provides a roof that doesn’t quit.
