Great company, nice staff, professional and knowledgeable. Installed my water heater swiftly, clean, great price. Checked out my pumps too, very honest company. Also cleared my sewer line the next day. 2 other companies couldn’t figure out.

SCAM!! DO NOT USE. Where to start, was assigned the company through American Home Shield. They scheduled without calling. Didn't show up. Showed up a day later unannounced. Told AHS the faucet was under warranty and therefore not covered so I could hopefully pay them out of pocket. Owned the place for over a decade and never had a new faucet or any that kind of plumbing work done. What faucet do you know of that have that kind of warranty? NONE. Shady people, shady company. Cannot recommend enough you STAY AWAY.

Very unprofessional. Was assigned this plumber via American Home Shield home warranty. From the start, the dispatcher was very unprofessional about booking a time. He sent someone to my house without warning. The person they sent barely inspected the faucet, but claimed it needed to be replaced. They then lied to the home warranty company saying the faucet was covered under lifetime warranty, when it was not. This was to try to get my to pay them directly out of pocket on the day of to replace the whole faucet, instead of them having to work with the home warranty to get reimbursement. At this point point, they started ignoring my calls.

Good company. They came out the same day I called for a pipe repair in one of my rental properties. Gave a fair price and got the pipe repaired fairly quickly. Will probably call again for future services.

Great company with friendly technicians. Had a good experience with Kevin who fixed the leak on my sink. Also installed a garbage disposal for me. Will be keeping them in my contact list for the future.
