Jacob at Logical Appliance Repair did an outstanding job. Diagnosed the issue, gave an accurate quote, kept me updated on when parts would arrive and showed up on time. He also cleaned up after the repair like it never happened. Won’t use anybody else for appliance repairs.

A technician name Jacob came by to look at my whirlpool dishwasher. He was friendly and courteous. He was clear about the pricing and since a part needed to be ordered, about the time it would take for instillation. His pricing was based on an initial visit + what it would take to fix the problem such as getting a replacement part which is where the significant expense probably always lies. In a world where companies just want you to buy another machine post warranty, it’s nice to know there are actually people who can repair things. I didn’t have to buy a new dishwasher and the money I spent was less than buying the same dishwasher again or upgrading. I would definitely recommend them and if another appliance needs repair (hopefully not), I will definitely reach out to them again.

I called Jacob for the first time to fix our gas dryer. He was very prompt in responding to my request. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. We needed a new motor and he had the parts within three days. Dryer is now working like new. It was a pleasure to give this nice young man our business.
