I wish I could give more than five stars! I have used this business several times and each time the service has been simply outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing heating or air service.

AC went out, called that morning and Ben was at the house within an hour and a half. Quick fix and very reasonable price. I'd most definitely recommend Lollar to anyone in their service area!!!!

The main reason I called this company was because of the ratings here on Google. I wasn't disappointed. I had a heating unit go down at the most un-opportunistic time (though there never really is a good time). But this was the weekend right before Thanksgiving and my 80+ y/o mother-in law was the only one home at the time as I was out of town. I was concerned, especially for her because the forecast was for a big drop in temperatures over the next few days. Ben was a complete professional and immediately eased my concerns. Being aware of the pending holiday, he stopped by (we are located in a very remote area) over the weekend to make sure he could get any parts he needed before Thanksgiving. We called on a Saturday morning because our heat was not working right. He came out within a hour and fixed our unit. The price was very reasonable!

Every time we have ever needed Mr. Lollar he comes out quick and does his job very well. Even came out after 5pm on a Friday. Never upcharges his customers and finds and fixes the problem with ease.
