Drove 2 hours in a monsoon to meet Steve, the technician. I waited for an hour and a half before calling Maya. She couldn’t reach the technician but said he was probably driving to the appointment and she would send him a text to call me with ETA. He called me and told me that he needed to reschedule because of the rain. I ask why he had not called me yesterday or this morning since rain had been in the forecast for a while. He said I was on his list but he guessed that he had just missed calling me. I told him that was not acceptable and I would be talking to his manager. I called and talked to Amber, the manager.
