I will be going to True Value BETTER than Ace Hardware They are So RUDE over there and not very Friendly or Professional, I went over there and this Black worker was very rude and He responded to me like I was bothering him, So I won't go back. So true Value will get my business thanks again for being true to your CUSTOMERS.

Wow. I read staff overly attentive. I didn’t get that today. I was looking at tools and had questions. There were 3 employees at the counter watching cell phone videos and laughing. I kept looking over and one employee looked directly at me and went back to watching a video with the others. No one at the store asked if I needed any help. Hit and miss I guess, so I went to Ace.

I've been going there for years. Jeff and Brandon and Kerry have always been so helpful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always point me in the right direction. I get the help that I need without waiting.

My wife and I have been going here for years. The staff & management have always been knowledgeable and helpful. The big box stores do not offer the same level of expertise or promptness of help. We use True Value whenever we can.

The best hardware store in Albuquerque! I own a small business, so I’m in and out of there often. They’re always eager to help me brainstorm solutions to my problems, and when I come back to return extra parts or anything like that, they ask how it went. I’m so grateful for everyone there!
