Kyle our salesman, was sohelpful, courteous, and knowledgeable He really took his time in helping us to pick out new rugs. Also Carlos was the installer.He and assistant were so good. Really cared about rugs being installed properly. Very conscious of cleaning up & making sure we were pleased with installment .

Just remember what type of vehicle delivers your product and having a truck driver in your parking lot is free security because if I were to see something I’d report it. I was asked to leave 3 hours before closing so I wasn’t “blocking their door”, believe me you didn’t have enough business to justify opening today. :) Oh also you broke federal law by asking me to leave and ruin my 34 hour clock reset.

Carlos & Chris did a great job! Fantastic customer service. I’d hire them again without any doubt. Lomax in general was extremely nice and easy to deal with. My mother is extremely pleased. I’m posting this for my mother, Linda.

After several attempts of me trying to get my rug fixed. They came through for me and sent Jonathan to me. What a relief. Thank you guys for all your help. I was stressed.
