Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart

We were looking for a few area rugs and visited Lomax in Thorndale and were very pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of styles and colors. Their customer service is excellent. We ended up ordering several area rugs cut to specific sizes. Unfortunately, there was a slight mix up and a couple of the sizes were missing. I contacted the store and decided to visit in person and had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Not only did she correct the minor mix up, but went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I also would like to compliment the sales agent Ta’John who was very informative and very customer focused. We highly recommend Lomax in Thorndale because of their selection customer service and commitment to satisfaction. We will be back the next time we need flooring.

I got two nice 10x7 rugs that were originally priced 600 each, I paid 300 for them both, with a door matte as well. The salesperson was helpful but not pushy. I think his name was Jeff, good guy. I’ll go back if I need anything else floor related.

My mom had a leak on her floor and had to replace most of it. We shopped around, but ultimately decided on getting her new flooring at Lomax. We had a great experience overall. Greg was especially very helpful and talked to my mom throughout the process and made sure she got the best flooring. The installers who put in the floor we’re also very quick, professional, and did an amazing job.

Alexander F (Alex) was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping me pick out the right bathroom floor and rugs for my home. I’ll be back when we are ready for the next home upgrades! Great selection and great quality. Thanks again Alex!!

Great experience once again with the Lomax in Pottstown. We previously purchased LVP flooring for our large kitchen, hall, laundry room and powder room which has held up and looks new. This time we purchased carpeting and the entire experience was easy and professional. Lisa & Amy made great suggestions and really knows their products. The installation team (Francisco & Alexander) were fantastic! They covered the entryway floor to protect it from dirt and placed their tools onto the covering. This team worked so well together from removal of old carpet to installation of the new. Thank you Lomax for a smooth process!
