Home warranty claim via AHS led to SEARS repair technician attending to diagnose and then return a week later to fix with parts ordered. Ricky was very pleasant and helpful and arrived in good time. Unfortunately it's unclear if the issue has been resolved as it is possibly a fault with a third party water filter so until that is replaced we won't know for sure! Nevertheless, Ricky has shown me what to do when the new filter arrives to swap out the whole mechanism (as the filter keeps getting stuck!). Only then will we know if we're 100% fixed.

We have had Jorge here before a few years back. He’s always very pleasant to deal with. He’s a master technician who always quickly identifies the issue and rapidly provides the best solution. Thanks for having such a highly competent technician. I give him 5 out of 5 for every question. We have Sears 3 year service plan that covers repairs, so I don’t know the charge for his visits.

My dryer wasn’t getting my clothes dry. We had a company clean the exhaust by blowing out the lines but that didn’t help. The Sears repair man could not determine if the problem was the dryer or exhaust line. He gave me an estimate of $850, stating that the problem COULD be the control board and thermistor. Since i could get a dryer for that price, I declined the offer. I still didn’t know if the problem was the fairly new dryer or the exhaust line. I had to call in a Roofing contractor to find the real problem which was a clogged vent flap. I spent over $800 for the line cleaning, dryer repair man and roofer to unclog a vent line. Service was handled appropriately. Glenn was Friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our washing machine, ordered parts, it works like a charm.
