I found this company through a yelp request to service my ac unit. I live in Brickell and automatically get stereotyped with being able to afford extra fees and be over priced by companies. Lombard was honest upfront about pricing, punctual, cooperative and fast to assist with the issues of having the building get the perfect coi! Great service! Arelys and Dayaris were very professional and easy to contact. The technician explained everything clearly while handling the exhaust installations and dryer relocation. They tested all the mechanical components, and I passed both the duct rough inspection and the final inspection. The price was reasonable, and the work was completed on time and with care. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
