I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. My home warranty assigned them to me, and they were supposed to contact me to schedule service. Instead, they set an appointment without ever reaching out. When I called to clarify, Brandi was dismissive, unprofessional, and ultimately hung up on me. The lack of communication and poor customer service were unacceptable. I immediately contacted my home warranty company and requested a different provider. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful customer service! They no call, no show on the first appointment for warranty work. When the (very nice) tech came out, he said it would take about 2 weeks to get the part in. No problem! After 3 weeks I called to get an update on the part and could not get anyone to return my call. After about 4 more calls and a text later, I got a call this morning saying my warranty claim had been canceled because they did not like how I handled the situation. I admit, I was not happy that I couldn't even get a response in 5 weeks! All it would have taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on! That's it! Communication!! I highly recommend using a different company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional and will keep the customer in the loop of what is going on! *UP

Lone Star Services was my assigned to warranty repair service for my Frigidaire refrigerator after the previous service company failed miserably. They responded quickly their technician WT arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He told me up front the part would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Once received WT had the part installed and the refrigerator back working. He gave me some good advice about not overloading the unit for a few days. All in all a great experience from start to finish.

After waiting a month for a part to come in, I finally had a technician to come out last Tuesday. I noticed after the technician Joshua left I was no missing a 16oz propane tank from my laundry room that he worked in. I had 6 tanks in there as I had just bought them and they were unused. And I only have 5 now. When I noticed it I called the company, left a message and several texts with no answers to my inquiry on if the tech may have "accidentally" taken one of my tanks. He also left his trash. I feel as if the company is avoiding my messages. And if that is the case I wouldnt recommend this company whatsoever. I'd also suggest watching and supervising the tech in case anything comes up missing. This is unacceptable behavior and I expect a resolution.

WT provides excellent service, he identified the problem quickly, made the necessary report to get the parts needed, came back and fixed both my fridge and stove top. Very amicable and explained everything detailed. Highly recommend.
