They were prompt with the quote, giving us a copy of their insurance right away, and they proved prompt in everything thereafter—-help with buying ancillary items, daily arrival and leaving notifications. They kept up with our tight deadline, communicated well throughout, did add-on side project within total timeframe. Team was super professional. Work was excellent! You can tell they take pride in their work. They did extra things they didn’t have to in order for the whole project to come out excellently. Called LoneStar Home Remodeling Pro and my first interaction was end of May. Spoke w John Hasi and he told me that he wanted to get dimension and pictures of what needs updating. I sent the pictures later that day and was told that he would provide general quote w different panel option. Waiting and waiting, follow up after follow up, promises after promises, John never sent a quote and never for once offer a site visit to actually look at the kitchen. In total i probably follow up 5-6 times with John, each time was promised a quote will be sent out. I would have given this 0/5 if I could

We had them do full bathroom remodels. They helped from designing to building our dream bathrooms! John is very efficient and his ideas are brilliant! Lone Star Home Remodeling Pros is the best! You constantly hear horror stories from renovations and construction projects, but our experience with these folks was a smooth one We had them do a media room addition (30 x 20) and also a fireplace in our living room. The manager is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He listened to what we wanted and helped create the exact design for us. They handled everything including the design, plans, and permits.The best part of our experience though was John. He was with us every step of the way. He is super responsive, and answered all calls and texts. He then helped us select material, always gave us status updates, and never once was impatient or annoyed by any of our questions.
