Lone Star Restoration

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Kevin today when they came to my home to help me with a leak in our bathroom. They were kind, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Josh really eased my mind and guided me on next steps to take to resolve our issue. I highly recommend Lone Star Restoration. They are absolutely wonderful, and I am so grateful for their time and expertise.

Josh was amazing. He answered my call and was 100% on top of our situation from the get go. He immediately drove 1.5 hours to take care of us on an evening at 5pm. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After I left my bathroom Jacuzzi tub running and it overflowed and flooded the bathroom and bedroom floors at 8p.m. Sunday evening, the call went out immediately to Josh and his Lone Star Restoration Team. Even though they were 40 miles away and it was a Sunday evening, They responded fast. While awaiting their arrival, we quickly moved all furniture and items off the floor and from the room and the affected areas. In about an hour or so, they arrived and were quickly removing the water and preventing further damage from occurring. After 2 1/2 hours later, around 11p.m., my flooding problem was resolved and baseboards were exposed to accelerate drying and also assess the extent of the damage and start the forced air drying process. Cant recommend these guys enough. Had called him over after getting a 6500$ quote from another company for mold remediation. Josh showed up, with actual tools for the inspection. Turns out it was centralized to a small area and an easy fix. These guys actually care about people and not just money. 10/10 will be using these guys again for anything I need. Thank you Josh!

I had a minor leak in my roof. I contacted Josh and he was at house a couple of hours later. He took a thorough look at everything and made some common sense recommendations. I was warned about these types of companies that they'll recommend a huge remediation when one isn't warranted, and that was definitely not my experience with Josh.
