We chose Lonestar in March to install a pool in our backyard. We absolutely love our backyard now because of our new pool. From start to finish I think it took about 5 weeks. There was one issue with our pool, but Lonestar went above and beyond and fixed our issue. Overall, we are extremely happy we went with them, and had a great experience. EDIT: 05/30/2025 A year ago we contacted Lonestar Fiberglass Pools about our pool lights malfunctioning. An employee came out in May and said they needed to be replaced. No one came back out, so in July I was given a phone number to text an employee our address. They came out and said they would order new lights. I kept following up for months, because our lights were not fixed. December 2024, I asked the status and was told they were backordered. I

UPDATED REVIEW AGAIN 08/05/2024 -Since the pool was finally completed in November 2023, cracks have already appeared in the concrete around my pool. Since early April I have sent two sets of text messages for their service team with pictures. Then emails on 05/07, 05/31 (also with pictures-the issue has gotten worse since then), 06/03, 06/07, 06/17, and 08/05. None have been replied to outside of a note in June saying they were checking to see if the concrete was still under warranty (it is until September) and big surprise no one has come out. Ironically enough my concrete concerns are from the same subcontractor who reached out to me last fall because at that point Lonestar hadn’t paid him. I am now left trying to determine what my next steps are and what recourse I have. My best advice

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is horrible! After reading other reviews I think they prioritize customers with bigger more expensive projects. At any rate, I would say to take your business elsewhere. These guys don't care about their customers at all. That is my short review. All the details follow, and it's going to be long. Lonestar started installing our pool on November 7, 2023. Here we are on February 26, 2024 and IT'S STILL NOT DONE!! They do not communicate well at all, and generally unless we call them, we hear nothing. If they take our calls we are met with excuses. The contract said it'd be 1 week from when they dig the hole until we can swim. Verbally they said a month. Either way, 3 months and 3 weeks later is just plain unacceptable. Our fence was down

We had a fantastic experience with Lonestar Pool. Kim was super friendly helping us with our purchase and Samantha made sure to call every day giving us updates on the construction process. Everything went smoothly besides a couple rain delays that were not their fault. Its easy to become impatient when you have a pool in the backyard almost done in the middle of July. They did complete it in the time frame I was given and we have loved it since! We got the Savannah model in Fiji Blue. Its beautiful! Its huge and fits our family of 6 plus neighborhood kids just fine!
