I have a variable speed Bosch heat pump that was installed by a Columbia company as part of a larger solar energy project. It has never been right. I’ve had the installing company here three times to try to straighten out the issues, but they’re just not smart enough to work on these systems. Bosch themselves referred me to this company. They responded quickly to my call, were able to address one of the issues immediately on that service call and are preparing an estimate for me to perform additional work that is supposed to solve the other outstanding issue. Very professional- I did my due diligence and got a handful of quotes from different companies to replace my system. Long Bay provided one of the lowest bids that still had all the bells and whistles included. Would recommend.

Needed to replace the 2 zone HVAC system in my condo with a higher quality system. Brad took the time to look as the systems for all of the same units in our complex and discovered the last company I used installed a system that was too big for our unit. Brad recommended a Carrier, the brand I asked for, removed the old system and installed the new one in one day. The new system is so much quieter and keeps a very comfortable temperature and humidity at a higher (AC) temperature setting. And they were significantly less expensive than the competition. I highly recommend them!

Tech was able to find an on going issue. Transmitter kept shorting. He took the time to find out why and get us fixed. Long bay gained a customer for life today :)
