Long Electric

I needed to have an old 100 amp panel removed and service upgraded to 200 amps. I can't say how great of an experience it was. Jeremy was able to do all the work in one day and at a very reasonable rate. He was very professional, communicated well, and kept me updated at all the different steps. He installed an interlock and took the time to show me how it works and answer questions I had. He even put down his electrical tools to install some new siding before installing the new meter base. The wiring inside the new panel is super clean and organized (see pic). I would recommend Long Electric to anyone who asks and will use him in the future for any electrical needs.

Jeremy was very professional and friendly. He had great communication at first. He came out to take a look at the job, gave me a price for the work, and told me he would be in contact in a week or 2 when the weather warmed up. However, I never heard from him again and he did not reply to my text after over a month of waiting.

I gave Jeremy 5 stars because is showed up as he said he would. Twice before starting the job; once to look and give me an estimate and then again to meet with another contractor to coordinate their work. He put a new 200 amp service in on July 4th and left my house spotless! He did a beautiful job and is soon finishing up my hot tub connection.
