Long Island HVAC

I wanted to send a huge shout out the Long Island HVAC especial Ray and his installation crew. I contacted Ray last year for a quote and just wasn’t Ready to pull the trigger. So last week I contacted Ray again for a new quote and we agreed on a price. (Very reasonable) The very next day Ray and his crew went to work installing our new daiken 35,000btu mini split in our 4 bedroom home. The did the work efficiently and quickly and had us up and running the same day. Again a big thanks to Ray and his crew a Long Island Hvac I will be using them again soon.

I had an experience with Long Island HVAC that started off rocky—the first appointment didn’t go as planned due to some scheduling mix-ups. However, the owner stepped in, addressed the issue promptly, and made things right with professionalism and care. It’s clear they value their customers and stand by their work. After seeing how they handled the situation, I can confidently say Long Island HVAC is a reliable and professional business. I’d definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Excellent! One of the best experiences I have had with any business. Recommended to me by a good friend who was also very happy with their service. So many other companies could learn from, them; everyone I dealt with was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff understands what GOOD customer service is. Nicole was wonderful, very helpful and understood my concerns and accommodated me. Patrick, the highly skilled & very knowledgeable technician was terrific, and took the time to clearly explain the problems with my system, and what the plan was for repair, etc. I have to say that without a doubt, everyone at Long Island HVAC goes beyond and above what most other companies do. They were very quick to respond, and I believe they are honest and fair.

Had them out to try to find a leak in my mini split about two years ago they never found the leak but they were happy to take my money. They charged the system and obviously everything leaked out. It was getting a little cost prohibitive, so I let it sit for a little while and subsequently charge the system myself. Stopped at the office about a week ago and spoke to the gal in the office. She, seen that they had serviced my system in the past. She set me up with an appointment, they never showed and never called. I guess the issue with my mini split is too tough for them to handle.
