I recently used Burner King for a full natural gas conversion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jennifer in the office was outstanding—professional, responsive, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She kept everything moving smoothly, coordinated the National Grid gas line installation, handled the town permits, and made sure the scheduling and communication were seamless. The team installed a high-efficiency Lennox furnace and a Rheem hot water heater, and the workmanship was excellent. Two days after the blizzard, my heating system completely failed. Debbie in the front office was amazing. She got someone to my house immediately for an estimate. I was shocked that she was able to pull that off as it was nearing the end of the day when I called in a panic as I couldn’t get my boiler restarted. The very next morning, promptly at 9 am, a crew arrived to install a new system and a chimney liner. The crew was amazing, professional and kind. I am so grateful to the entire crew and staff at Burner King for being so incredibly efficient and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I had a gas boiler and hot water heater installed on February 24. The crew arrived promptly at 9:30 and worked continuously for 3.5 hours removing the old units and installing the new ones. They were very friendly and courteous and kept everything clean and protected in the areas they worked. Overall they did an excellent job and I was very happy with the installation.

On September 11 I had a new boiler and hot water heater installed. 4 guys showed up and immediately started working, each one operating independently but in unison. They worked with orchestrated precision. Quiet and clean. 3.5 hours later they explained exactly how to operate my new system. Fabulous job, also had them back for a pool heater

Fred was our service technician and was outstanding! We have a yearly contract and we’ve always been happy loyal customers. Fred cleaned up our area as we had a lot of debris that fell from the ceiling from some renovation work. He changed out all the parts he needed to, told me what he was doing, and went above and beyond. We love the professionalism and his well mannered and social personality. Thank you, Burner King.
