Long needle pinestraw

I called and asked if they sold red pine straw and they said yes. Once delivered it was dull brown and it looked like they picked up out of a park with leaves and other debris. So I called them and said this is not red. They said well that’s all we sell. Of course they lied to make the sale. So I kept it and colored it red myself. It came out great so I decided to buy more and do the same thing because of the price. Well when I called to order they said we are not selling to you anymore. My manager said we can’t do business with you anymore. The nerve of them!!!!!! Lying to make a sale then telling me we aren’t doing business with you anymore as if I did something wrong. The worst customer service and product 😡😡😡😡

STOP!!! DRY, OLD, CRUMBLED, FILLED WITH LEAVES. They delivered the worst pine needle to my home. I ask the receptionist if it was fresh needle and she ensured me it was. Once delivered I noticed it was very brown but wasn’t for certain it was dark out . Two days later i went to spread out the needle and noticed it was filled with leaves dried up crumbled old straw. The worker told me that that there was nothing he could don about it and I should have came to look at the straw myself first. Hence why I had it delivered. Wish Greg was still around. He was the owner of the building before they took over. Thought I could trust it.

Place is ok But the guys who work there are not too friendly, and may just walk away while you are talking, if they feel they wont make a sale

The man who answered the phone hung up on me rudely while asking a question about buying plants!! I would never go to this place nor buy from someone so rude and during the holidays!! I don't think they'll be in business long and honestly hope not! I cannot believe how I was treated as a customer :( smh
