Longfellow Garage (Propark)

Do not park here!!! They quoted me at $45 for 24 hours and when I came to pick up my car they tried to charge me double the amount they said it was. There was no manager and nobody to help. They strait up stole $40 from me. Bs don’t park here! Don’t get robbed!

I parked here for a doctor’s appointment and the staff person assisted me in parking my vehicle. He asked me to move closer to the wall and I did - and then he asked me to move closer again while he directed me, into the wall. I got out of my car to look at the damage and he lied and said “I told you to be careful” and literally walked away. I reported the damage that day but they claimed I didn’t and refused any liability. Lesson learned to not let someone direct me while parking in the future - and to find somewhere else to park for my next appointment.

I parked through SpotHero for a one hour appointment and needed to arrive minutes early for an appointment nearby because they do not allow you to park at 15/45 on the hour. While SpotHero warns that the garage “may” charge you for being early, to the tune of $17.99 (on top of the $13 I spent to book it) is highway robbery given that: 1) I stayed for 59 minutes of the 1 hour, 2) I exited the garage early before my time expired. Person on the other end of the “Help” button was anything but helpful. Is this sour grapes, yes. Will I go out of my way in the future to avoid a ProPark lot or garage, absolutely! Avoid this garage if you can.

convenient to many locations parking garage is not well lit. Price to park for 2 hours was almost $60.00 machine would not accept my debit card, pressed help button waited awhile for someone to answer and tell me how to use machine. I need assistance cars are backing up behind me and exhaust is all over the place. Staff needs to be more attentive

We parked here just this morning (3/23) because we had an appointment at 50 Staniford Street. It's very convenient for that building but their organization of this garage is horrible. We pulled in around 7:00am and we found the last spot; there were 3 cars behind us....not sure where they ended up parking and why the garage let's them in if there's no spots. By the time we left, at 9:30am, they had cars parked along the wall, making it very difficult to drive through. I'll probably use it again, because we'll have to come in here 2-3 more times, but I'll definitely pay the extra and reserve a spot.
