I would like to recommend a WONDERFUL company to anyone needing septic service. Longhorn is very Professional, I was in the need of our tank to be cleaned while I was visiting in town and I had no idea of what all was needed to be done. I called Longhorn they were very helpful and polite on the phone. And when they arrived quickly, the technician was VERY experienced and was able to answer all my questions with the up most customer service. I was very impressed. Everything is working great. I think what I liked and appreciated the most was that ,they did a wonderful follow up by the owner to make sure I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend Longhorn to anyone needing service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went with this company because of their reviews on google. They weren't spectacular, but they were better than others in the surrounding area. I scheduled a technician to come out and help me figure out what is going on with our septic system a week ago. I was told that someone would call and let me know when they were on their way. When I did not receive any calls by 10am, I contacted them and was told that they may not get over because their customers that are closest to their office were most important. The lady that answered the phone kept telling me that she would get in touch with the technician and he would call me. I waited several hours and still never heard from anyone. Incredible fast response on a Friday afternoon to a septic problem. Driver went above and beyond to help me dig out the cover for the tank as I had not expected him to arrive so soon. Very professional. Would reuse their services. Used them again 2017. Josh - technician - had emergency in ALVIN - and kept me posted on his delay and serviced by tank at 830 pm with flashlights and a smile. Excellent service and a very polite and professional young man. Will be calling on them again for any future septic issues.

Highly unprofessional, unresponsive company. Called on a Sunday because our septic was backing up, was told I “didn’t want to know how much it would cost” to come out on a Sunday. So we agreed to schedule me for Monday at “lunchtime, but couldn’t give me a time”. Had a sketchy feeling about these guys so I called at 10:30 to make sure they were still coming. Called multiple times and left voicemail. Finally answers at 12:30 and says “let me call and check in with the driver and I’ll get back with you”. 45 mins goes by and I call multiple times with no response. Never heard anything back. Called lakes area septic and they showed up within an hour and a half of me calling. Oh, and they were going to charge me $80 more than lakes area did. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

Great company We called to get our septic pumped and they sent someone out the same day , Joe the man who pumped the tank is probably the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure to do business with!
