Longoria's Appliances

Typical sales guys and owner. They give the good talk but don't deliver on their promises. I bought a washer for $325. The very first day of use the washer was leaking and wouldn't drain the water. I called because they gave me a 2 month warranty and they would give the run-around. It took two weeks for them to come and fix it free of charge. Then after a week, the washer wouldn't drain again (Very frustrating). After another week of constantly calling they finally came to fix it. The tech guy said that it was the pulley that was loose and he tightened it because the belt fell off. Now keep in mind the business was being "very courteous and respectful" as I was too (Even though I was frustrated). We called Longorias appliance repair center, made an appointment. I called next day to confirm and she could not find us in their system. Will seek another repair center or just purchase new appliances if this turns out to be the norm for these type of businesses. After looking at other reviews , found out that she lied . We asked if they sold appliances , and she replied NO we don't. Shady stuff here . I would've purchased from them to get our old ones out and a better set . All is good though . Probably better to just buy new set anyway .

Their appliances might be used but they're as good as new. Great people that stand behind their products!!! Great service and selection of whatever you might need! Also have delivery!

I already bought six items from them and all six items are working. Perfect I already have like two years with them. They are really good people highly recommended.

I bought a fridge at Longoria Appliances. Customer service was excellent! Edwardo Jr. was very helpful and knowledgeable about his appliances. He also gave me a good price on it!
