What a great experience I had with Long's Air Conditioning! Starting with Harold, the service technician, who figured out the problem I was having, to Ivan and Rinaldo, who did an excellent job with installation, my whole experience with this company was outstanding! The office personnel were very nice to work with also. Thank you all for doing such a great job! Highly recommend Long's Air Conditioning for all your needs!

Highly recommended. Long's crew arrived early, went right to work, had a very efficient workflow, and cleaned up completely after their work was done. Replaced and watered in removed sod and trench lines. Totally professional job.

Called for routine service but decided to buy a new air conditioning unit. The service tech Harold was very competent and explained everything in detail. He made me feel I was being well taken care. This also includes his assistant Matthew I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and amazing technicians. Patrick and Dylan were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful at explaining the issues I was having and then fixing them extremely fast. Patrick had a great knowledge of the systems and was able to quickly identify my issue and install a new thermostat. Highly recommend this company, I've been using them for 13 years!
